Booking & Cancellation Policy

A $60 deposit is required to reserve your trip date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your trip.

Plans change and life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit will transfer to your new trip date. Deposits may be transferred once. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you need to cancel, cancellations made at least 7 days before your trip will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are responsible for the full trip price.

Weather, river flows and fishing conditions can change quickly. Trips are not cancelled solely because of rain or less-than-ideal fishing conditions. If I determine conditions are unsafe and the trip cannot proceed, you may reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.

I understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always try to be reasonable. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of Unbound Angling.
